Windows itself has the driver. Another way is to have a look at the Update history in Windows Update, locate both and then see if they are shown in Programs and Features and uninstall them from there.

Should add, it was super easy once I knew what to do. Intermittent crashes when run in Tri-Crossfire mode. Textures no longer exhibit flicker and corruption. And I know it's not overheating because running FurMark isn't increasing the number of times these glitches occur.
